Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped for a full refund. Once your order enters the shipping process, our standard return policy will apply. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number. We process cancellations within 24 hours of receiving your request during business days (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST). Refunds for canceled orders will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. Some items may be exempt from returns due to hygiene reasons or product nature (e.g., personalized items).

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

The time it takes for your refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's policies. Credit card refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement after we process them. We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card statement again. Contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is visible in your account.
